Before we recommend any site to an operator, we look at:

• Traffic and footfall near the location
• Available power and grid capacity
• Existing charging stations nearby
• Parking and access for vehicles
• How ready the property owner is to move forward

We're upfront that this is a hands-on process today, done by our team — not an automated score. Every evaluation is logged, and it gets sharper with every site we close.
